Airwallex is seeking a Staff Product Manager, PLG to define and drive the strategy, roadmap, and execution for our next-generation AI-powered products. This hybrid role, based in San Francisco, United States, sits at the intersection of fintech, AI/ML, and global financial operations, delivering scalable intelligent automation and customer experiences across regions and languages. You will lead Product-Led Growth initiatives, own the end-to-end lifecycle for AI-powered features, and define the product vision and roadmap while partnering with engineering, data science, design, compliance, and commercial teams to deliver secure and intuitive AI solutions. You will build hands-on AI/ML-powered products (copilots, agents, chatbots, recommendation systems) rather than simply integrating models into existing flows, and you will use data-driven insights to improve activation, adoption, and retention while reducing operational friction. You will ensure compliance, transparency, and responsible AI practices across all products, particularly in payments, treasury, and cards. You will launch products across multiple regions and languages in a fast-paced, global environment, collaborating with local teams to ensure market fit and regulatory compliance. You will mentor and lead other product managers, with the opportunity to grow into broader leadership. Minimum qualifications include 7+ years of product management experience owning core product areas end-to-end for complex, multi-surface products; hands-on experience building and shipping AI/LLM-powered products with deep technical flu
