Responsibilities - Own, prioritize, and refine the product backlog for security engineering initiatives, including Cloud Security, Identity and Access Management, security tooling and automation, and high-level customer support. - Elicit and synthesize requirements from technical and non-technical stakeholders to guide strategic direction and prioritization. - Promote awareness, clarity, and accessibility of organizational policies and processes. - Translate regulatory mandates, internal policies, and stakeholder needs into clear product and process requirements, including well-defined user stories. - Create and maintain product roadmaps for security engineering automation tools, driving efficiency gains and risk mitigation. - Oversee and prioritize the team backlog, balancing immediate demands with long-term strategic goals. - Facilitate stakeholder communication, ensuring alignment, transparency, and visibility into roadmaps and outcomes. - Track performance outcomes and leverage data and feedback to drive continuous improvement across processes and services.
