Intellectsoft is seeking two Embedded AI Engineers to join its newly established AI Center of Excellence (COE). In this role you will drive AI implementation across the entire business ecosystem, working with internal AI Champions to identify 3 to 5 high-value use cases and redesign business workflows using AI-first principles. Your main focus will be orchestrating, building, and deploying production-ready AI agents and LLM-based solutions (OpenAI, Anthropic, and others). You should have a strong hands-on software engineering background with AI orchestration frameworks, experience with API integrations, prompt engineering, and workflow automation. Excellent communication skills are required to translate non-technical business needs into AI logic, and at least an upper-intermediate level of English. Nice to have: experience with dynamic LLM routing layers (AI harnesses). Responsibilities include collaborating with domain experts to build and orchestrate new AI agents, redesigning traditional workflows (e.g., sales automation, ticket disposition, RFI/RFX responses) using AI-first principles, integrating AI workflows into the core engineering infrastructure, and supporting AI enablement and internal upskilling during targeted training phases.
