Datadog is seeking a Commercial Customer Success Manager to proactively drive onboarding, strengthen relationships, and enable growth within our existing customer base. The role focuses on the DACH region (German-speaking) and is based in Dublin, Ireland with a hybrid work arrangement.
What You’ll Do: - Partner with the sales team to ensure a smooth onboarding experience - Proactively build relationships with customers to foster mutual trust - Manage the full sales cycle for growth opportunities within existing accounts (upsell and cross-sell) - Advise customers to ensure they’re leveraging the Datadog solution effectively - Monitor usage trends to identify renewal risks and promote higher adoption - Collaborate cross-functionally with Support, Product, Finance, and Legal
