As a Senior Business Analyst, you will work across Sales, Customer Success, Finance, and Marketing to understand business needs and translate them into scalable technology solutions. You will help shape improvements across the Salesforce ecosystem and connected enterprise systems, ensuring technology supports efficient processes and delivers measurable business value. You will partner with stakeholders to define requirements, translate them into user stories and functional specifications, and collaborate with Salesforce admins, developers, data engineers and technology partners to design scalable solutions.
