We are a technology-driven digital-performance agency with more than 25 years of marketing experience, AI, data and proprietary technology. In our small finance team, you will take professional responsibility for monthly, quarterly and annual closes in accordance with HGB while remaining hands-on in day-to-day accounting in the ERP system. You will also support accounting, reporting and controlling topics and actively help shape our finance processes.

Responsibilities

Qualifications:

Largely autonomous preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual closes under HGB
Ongoing financial accounting, account reconciliations and closing postings
Preparation of VAT returns and other tax filings
Preparation of reliable financial data for reporting, forecasts and management analyses
Support the CFO on accounting, finance and controlling questions
Participation in budgeting, liquidity planning, variance analyses
Support for accounts receivable, project invoicing, payments and receivables management
Collaboration with tax advisors, auditors, banks and authorities
Further development and automation of accounting, reporting and controlling processes
You do not need to program automations, but you should understand systems, data flows and interfaces, identify improvement potentials and clearly formulate requirements
Completed commercial training with further qualification as Bilanzbuchhalter or an equivalent qualification
Several years of practical experience in finance
