About the role We are looking for an AI-Native Software Developer who can deliver impressive work end-to-end—from ideation to shipped software—using AI as a system rather than a chat window. You will take full ownership of the software you build, design AI workflows and validation checks, ensure quality, monitor production performance, and continuously improve both the product and the way AI helps you develop it.

Requirements - Experience with Ruby on Rails or other back-end languages and frameworks - Strong SQL skills, including schema design and writing complex queries - A habit of testing your own work and a genuine commitment to quality - Hands-on experience using AI as a system to perform end-to-end work, with tangible results to show - You will work on real AI systems used by customers worldwide and influence how we measure and improve machine translation quality
