Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with Consultants to provide VERIFY documents in accordance with client agreements. - Manage VERIFY data for new and existing clients. - Communicate with clients, elevator contractors, and Consultants regarding VERIFY and CCM (Certificate Compliance Management) processes. - Ensure compliance with VDA requests through regular follow-up with elevator contractors. - Attend VERIFY-related meetings as required. - Manage project billing, accommodating client preferences regarding billing frequency and processes. - Address client questions, concerns, and complaints throughout the project lifecycle. - Serve as a liaison between VDA, clients, and their vendors. - Maintain the online accounts for the VDA Customer Portal. - Perform other related duties as assigned.
