Ciklum is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join our team in Poland on a full-time basis. We are a global product engineering company delivering complex technology solutions for multinational organizations and scaling startups. You will join the Product Engine team working on a cloud-native system that manages the complete credit lifecycle for a financial services provider, expanding to support instalment loans across markets and serving the primary mobile application used by over 800,000 users. The application is undergoing a technology refresh to improve scalability, performance, and accessibility across the organization's European footprint. Responsibilities include translating business needs into clear requirements and design artefacts (including low-level designs and user stories), performing data flow mapping and integration design, facilitating workshops, supporting testing (UAT planning, defect triage, change impact analysis), and conducting root-cause analysis to inform data-driven decisions. Requirements include expert elicitation and documentation of requirements, knowledge of APIs, databases, system integrations, and cloud environments (AWS); strong Agile experience (Scrum/Kanban) and Product Operating Models; proficiency with Jira and Confluence; excellent communication and the ability to collaborate with developers, testers, and architects.
