About the role

Product Manager – Respiratory PPE. This position leads product lifecycle management, conducts market and competitive analyses, and collaborates with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and growth for protective respiratory PPE products. The ideal candidate has a background in Product Management with experience in tangible manufactured products; experience in respiratory PPE is highly preferred. This position reports to the Director of Product Management.

Responsibilities

Develop product strategy and drive development for assigned categories by leveraging customer insights, market trends, and competitive analysis to achieve profitable growth.
Manage the full product lifecycle from concept to end-of-life, including development, sourcing, and launch activities.
Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to craft go-to-market plans, campaigns, and product messaging.
Work with global sourcing teams and suppliers to ensure quality, cost-effectiveness, and timely availability; manage excess and obsolete inventory.
