This full-cycle recruiter will collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, develop recruiting strategies, and manage multiple requisitions across corporate functions. Responsibilities include sourcing, screening, interviewing, and managing candidates, building and maintaining strong talent pipelines, coordinating interviews, gathering feedback, and facilitating offers. You will maintain accurate candidate records and recruiting activity in the ATS, track metrics, and advise on market trends and interview best practices.
