As our IT Project Manager, you will lead IT projects from kickoff through completion, ensuring they stay on schedule, within scope, and on budget. You’ll serve as a primary point of contact for clients, drive internal alignment, and shape the success of our service delivery.
Key responsibilities: - Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets - Lead and manage project engineers, provide coaching and feedback - Understand profitability metrics, resource allocation, and impact on MSP growth - Act as liaison for clients, provide updates and address issues throughout the project life cycle - Oversee technical resources to align with project plan - Maintain precise project documentation (plans, schedules, budgets, change orders, closure) - Identify and address risks; implement change control to prevent scope creep - Manage project development
