Responsibilities include maintaining and expanding the company's operative Controlling, budgeting, and the preparation of forecast balances, investments and liquidity planning; analyzing data to forecast future business developments; performing planned-vs-actual comparisons and monitoring company-wide budgets; further developing Controlling processes and creating new controlling and reporting instruments; identifying and implementing AI-assisted solutions to optimize controlling, analytics, and forecasting processes.

Requirements include a degree in business administration or a comparable qualification; several years of experience in a similar role in a medium-sized or larger IT/consulting company; interest in digitization topics and applying AI in Controlling; ideally experience with AI-enabled analysis and reporting tools; ability to bring fresh perspectives and rethink processes; experience with modern analytics tools and data analysis; high numerical affinity and strong goal- and solution-orientation; self-motivated and able to work independently.
