PhoenixAI is seeking four full-time Enterprise Account Executives to be based in the Bay Area or Pacific Northwest (preferably in the Menlo Park, CA area). This on-site role involves creating and executing a sales plan to meet revenue targets for PhoenixAI's Agentic AI Database, articulating its value proposition to enterprise accounts, and identifying and qualifying opportunities to close deals. You will build strategic relationships at the executive level with AI and data infrastructure leaders, collaborate with Marketing on business development activities such as webinars, seminars, workshops, meetups, and trade shows focused on Agentic AI and enterprise data, and maintain accurate CRM records. Qualifications include a hunter mindset, excellent communication and negotiation skills, 7+ years of experience selling enterprise or SaaS software, and 3+ years of experience selling database, analytics, data warehouse, data management, or AI/Agentic AI infrastructure products (preferred). An engineering background or a degree in Computer Science/Computer Engineering is preferred but not required. A proven track record of exceeding revenue targets and willingness to travel when needed are required. Base salary is projected at $150,000-$200,000 annually, plus eligibility for bonus and equity programs. The overall compensation will be determined by skills, experience, and geographic location.
