Catholic Relief Services (CRS) is seeking a MEAL Program Manager for an anticipated five-year, multi-country project funded by the Department of State. The project aims to deliver cost-effective, high-quality HIV, tuberculosis, maternal and child health, malaria, and nutrition health services through government and strengthened community and facility-based health worker networks, with a clear plan to sustainably transition activities to national and sub-national governments.
Job Summary The MEAL Program Manager will act as the technical advisor and process lead for Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability and Learning (MEAL). Responsibilities include developing and managing the MEAL system, coordinating MEAL activities across the project lifecycle, maintaining partner relationships, ensuring data quality and donor compliance, and supporting learning initiatives to improve program outcomes.
