The Team Lead will manage the Account Team of Project Managers, Project Coordinators, and Project Support Personnel, overseeing communications, service levels, efficiency, and the overall execution of projects. This is a remote opportunity with occasional travel to job sites and customer locations as needed. Responsibilities include ensuring task completion for close-out, applying industry knowledge, quickly troubleshooting field issues, and maintaining a high standard of competency and accuracy. You will train, mentor, and supervise the team, escalate customer issues as needed, and coordinate with design, sales, and operations to deliver successful outcomes. Travel to job sites and customer locations is required. Qualifications include the ability to read and interpret contracts and technical documents, strong leadership and communication skills, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and PMP certification is strongly preferred.
