The role holds end-to-end controlling responsibility for assigned Business Unit(s) with full P&L ownership, including revenue and cost management, forecasting, closing, and management reporting. You will consolidate complex financial information into clear insights for senior management, challenge results and assumptions, and drive continuous improvements in controlling processes, reporting standards, and tools. The position requires coordinating cross-functional inputs, meeting timelines, and delivering actionable recommendations to support decision-making. You will develop and enhance reporting solutions using MS Power BI, SAP, and SQL. Qualifications include at least 5 years of experience in controlling in a multinational environment, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and stakeholder management, advanced Excel and PowerPoint, and hands-on experience with SAP, SQL, and MS Power BI. Fluent English (spoken and written) and a degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field are required.
