These alerts are the primary conversion point of our business, helping customers upgrade from monitoring to active protection. We are looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager to lead a strategic project to transform our Alerting System into a measurable, continuously optimised conversion engine. Reporting to the Head of Product, you will collaborate across Product Engineering, Data Infrastructure, Sales and Partner Success to understand how alerts perform today, improve the customer experience through experimentation, and establish the standards that will underpin every future hosting partner deployment.
