This is a remote-first, fully remote role. You will work directly on the customer-facing application, building components of LivePerson Voice with a focus on stability and innovation. Responsibilities include architectural design, API development, cross-browser and cross-OS portability, and participating in all phases of development from design to deployment. You will produce engineering specifications, create documentation, collaborate on code reviews, and write unit and end-to-end tests to maximize code quality. You will also contribute to KPIs and engage with customers and partners to deliver business and engineering value. The role involves daily standups, sprint planning, grooming, and retrospectives.
