Mortenson is seeking a Senior Project Manager I (Structured Cabling) to provide leadership for one large project or multiple projects, focusing on project quality, timeliness, safety, and team mentoring. Key responsibilities include supervising the financial health of projects, allocating estimates into the financial system, determining cost codes, approving invoices, providing financials and billings to Accounting, and creating monthly owner billings; managing subcontracts and suppliers; leading Assistant Project Managers and Project Engineers; serving as the main point of contact with the owner and on-site representatives; resolving site concerns; handling change orders; obtaining necessary approvals; maintaining schedule and budget; and ensuring quality, risk management, safety, and compliance.
