The CSM will build trusted relationships with customers to promote retention, act as an advocate and advisor, and drive adoption of new features to deliver positive outcomes. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer needs, conduct regular check-ins, and support subscription renewals and expansions. Responsibilities include promoting awareness of new releases, providing insights through use cases and analytics to maximize adoption, and delivering training for both technical and non-technical users. Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of professional experience in business development/account management/sales focused on customer support, satisfaction, retention, and adoption in a SaaS environment; familiarity with Salesforce; and a degree in Business or Computer Science/IT.
