You will be the sole designer, collaborating directly with Product Owners across the platform. What you’ll do: Partner with each Product Owner to translate their vision into well-crafted products. Leverage AI alongside Figma for rapid prototyping, creating clickable prototypes and testing ideas quickly. Own and maintain the Figma component library, a central element of our design system and quality. Design complex enterprise workflows, including real-time monitoring, configuration, and retrospective analysis, balancing ease of use for new users with depth for experienced ones. How we work: Product at Natterbox is a small, senior team with a flat structure. As the sole designer, you will work directly with Product Owners across the platform and set your own quality bar. Our engineering is AI-accelerated, raising the standard for craft and judgement. What you must have: Strong Figma skills, with hands-on experience building and maintaining component libraries and design systems.
