Cielo is seeking a bilingual Spanish/English Recruiter to lead high-volume manufacturing recruitment. This is a remote, full-time role based in the United States. You will act as a brand ambassador for the client, delivering exceptional talent and proactive communication throughout the recruitment cycle. Responsibilities include leading intake meetings with hiring managers to define role specifications and providing market data and recommendations; collaborating with internal stakeholders to develop sourcing strategies and recruitment marketing plans; evaluating candidates against job requirements and building strong talent pipelines; keeping candidates informed with timely updates; and partnering with hiring leaders to determine offers using market data and compensation guidelines. Qualifications include a high school diploma, recruiting experience in corporate, RPO, or agency settings, familiarity with ATS and social media tools, and knowledge of HR principles and metrics related to talent acquisition. Spanish proficiency is required.
