Senior Customer Success Manager will join Cato Networks, a leading provider of cloud-based network security that converges enterprise networking and security into a single global service. This on-site role is based in New Jersey, United States.
Overview: You will be a trusted advisor to our top customers from deployment through renewal, guiding adoption, expansion, and the realization of full value from our technology. Build meaningful relationships with key customer stakeholders and coordinate with Cato teams (Sales, Customer Success, R&D, and Support Engineering).

Overview: You will be a trusted advisor to our top customers from deployment through renewal, guiding adoption, expansion, and the realization of full value from our technology. Build meaningful relationships with key customer stakeholders and coordinate with Cato teams (Sales, Customer Success, R&D, and Support Engineering).
Own and orchestrate post-sales activities, including quarterly business reviews, product adoption maturity assessments, renewals, and upsells. Ensure customers stay with us and realize value.
5+ years in a Customer Success role in a high-growth SaaS, technology vendor, or cybersecurity company. Experience negotiating contracts and handling technical escalations; exposure to networking or security software. Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to articulate complex messages to diverse audiences. Strong listening skills, problem solving, and the ability to influence at all levels to earn trusted-advisor status. Highly organized, able to thrive in a fast-paced, distributed environment. Willingness to travel up to 25%. Technical background in networking domains (routing, switching, SD-WAN, firewalls, CASB/DLP, identity management, threat protection, load balancing, network protocol analysis) is a plus.
