This remote role leads the development and enhancement of talent lifecycle applications across Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, and Employee Listening, including platforms such as Workday, Eightfold, Qualtrics, HackerRank, and bespoke TA applications. You will partner with Centers of Excellence (COEs), HR leadership, and program owners to define product strategy, capture business needs, and align roadmaps. You will oversee the full product lifecycle—from requirements and prioritization to development, testing, and deployment—while championing Agile processes and delivering AI-enabled capabilities such as talent intelligence, matching, and skills-based career pathing. You will own user acceptance testing (UAT) strategy, guide pilot initiatives, and drive vendor partnerships and integrations. This remote role is based on the East Coast, United States, with occasional travel.
