Key responsibilities: - Serve as the primary liaison with the Property Manager - Communicate daily with Property Manager to address issues or special requests - Schedule regular meetings to review performance and compliance with contract specifications - Assist in planning daily, weekly, and monthly tasks and optimize personnel mix to meet schedule requirements - Monitor crew performance and ensure adherence to schedules and specifications - Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations (OSHA, EEOC, etc.) - Lead daily meetings with Building Supervisors and lead personnel; incorporate feedback and adjust as needed - Conduct quality control inspections and initiate corrective actions as needed - Perform daily site visits to verify cleaning specifications and client satisfaction - Adapt work schedule as needed to meet client requirements
