Team Lead, Mental Health – Modesto, California (On-site)
Telecare is seeking an entry-level manager to supervise multidisciplinary teams, coordinate service needs, and collaborate with other services and agencies under the supervision of the Clinical Director/Administrator. The role includes participating in a structured on-call rotation, remaining accessible and prepared to respond to work-related needs within defined timeframes. Shifts are Full-Time, Days, Monday–Friday.

The role includes participating in a structured on-call rotation, remaining accessible and prepared to respond to work-related needs within defined timeframes. Shifts are Full-Time, Days, Monday–Friday.
Compensation: Starting wage range is $75,108.10–$92,709.77, with geographic differentials based on location. Starting pay is commensurate with relevant experience above the minimum requirements.
What You Bring to the Table: - Master’s Degree and one year of experience in a mental health setting - One year supervisory experience or supervisory training within six months of employment - Licensed eligible or waivered mental health professional (e.g., ASW, IMFT, or PCCI) - CPR, CPI, and First Aid certification at date of employment or within 60 days, maintained throughout employment - All required post-offer physicals, TB tests, background checks, excluded party sanctions, and license verification as applicable; valid driver’s license and auto insurance; willingness to drive clients to appointments and groups (weekly mileage reimbursement at IRS rate); willingness to use the company vehicle as needed
