We are seeking a Group Engineering Manager to support multiple projects and lead a growing team of engineers and technical resources with strong collaboration to sales and project management. This hands-on role provides technical leadership and growth opportunities in a high-visibility business line.

We are seeking a Group Engineering Manager to support multiple projects and lead a growing team of engineers and technical resources with strong collaboration to sales and project management. This hands-on role provides technical leadership and growth opportunities in a high-visibility business line.
You will: - Lead and mentor a team of engineers and technical resources to deliver successful projects. - Design and implement integrated electrical and control systems. - Collaborate with engineering, design, production, and field service staff. - Manage project budgets and schedules; drive the team’s profit & loss on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis. - Specify and configure hardware components such as instrumentation, PLCs, communication systems and industrial control panels. - Design and configure PLC/SCADA networks. - Generate test procedures and forms. - Meet with key clients to ensure expectations are met or exceeded and to support growth. - Be an ambassador who embodies our core values and supports the professional development of our associates.
Qualifications: - BS in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent. - 8+ years in industrial automation/controls integration. - 3+ years managing and leading a team. - Know
