LightFeather is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Business Analyst to lead requirements gathering and process design for federal agency clients. You will serve as the critical bridge between federal business stakeholders and our technical development teams, translating complex mission requirements into scalable ServiceNow solutions while ensuring compliance with federal standards and maintaining high data quality in the backlog. This is a full-time, remote position based in Alexandria, Virginia (EST hours). Location: Fully Remote. Salary is $110,000–$130,000 annually, based on experience. Clearance requirement: U.S. citizenship is required to obtain and maintain a Secret-level security clearance. Responsibilities include leading client workshops to elicit and document business requirements, translating needs into user stories and acceptance criteria, performing gap analyses between legacy processes and ServiceNow Out-of-the-Box functionality, designing and documenting new Agile processes and SOPs, reviewing requirements for Definition of Ready, mentoring junior developers and analysts, conducting peer reviews of designs and test scripts, developing detailed process maps and data models, advising government stakeholders on ServiceNow best practices, ensuring compliance with federal IT standards (including Section 508 accessibility and FISMA/NIST controls), and executing UAT plans with government personnel.
