Senior AI Engineer to design, build, and productionize agent-based AI workflows that improve the quality, reliability, and efficiency of Natera's Real-World Data (RWD) clinical extraction platform. RWD products transform unstructured and semi-structured clinical documents into structured datasets for oncology and broader clinical use cases. You will extend a live production pipeline powering RWD delivery, adding modular AI capabilities that improve input material selection, enhance extraction accuracy, and flag or correct uncertain or low-confidence outputs before they enter RWD datasets. This is a senior individual contributor role with a high degree of autonomy and end-to-end ownership from design through deployment. The role involves working at scale in a regulated healthcare environment, collaborating with clinical AI, engineering, and product teams to define success metrics, and ensuring robust evaluation and monitoring, as well as safe deployment.
