Sunstate Equipment Co. is seeking an Inside Sales Representative in Phoenix, Arizona. This on-site position (80% in the office and 20% in the yard) focuses on increasing revenue through new account acquisition, upselling, and developing professional customer relationships. Responsibilities include processing rental orders, reservations, quotes, and invoices; handling incoming inquiries; assisting walk-in customers; and coordinating with the yard, shop, dispatch, and management. The role may cross-train as a Dispatcher. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience in customer service/logistics and inside sales, excellent communication and organizational skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CAD is preferred (AS/400 experience highly desired). Knowledge of local geography, problem-solving ability, and familiarity with DOT rules are a plus. A typical schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. The position requires strong English communication skills; bilingual abilities are a plus.
