Sunstate Equipment Co. is seeking an Inside Sales Representative based in Buckeye, Arizona. This on-site role focuses on increasing revenue through acquisition of new accounts, suggestive selling, and building professional relationships, while coordinating and delivering services to customers. The incumbent serves as a link between customers, sales, dispatch, and management to ensure quality solutions and service. This position will be approximately 80% in the office and 20% in the yard, with cross-training as a Dispatcher as well.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS - Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a customer service role, managing logistics, or coordinating activities - Minimum of 2 years Inside Sales (direct customer contact) experience preferred - Ability to identify customer needs through suggestive selling or upselling, and strong relationship-building skills - Ability to work both independently and as part of a team - Knowledge of the local geographical layout, ability to read maps, and navigate GPS -
