Mercury is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own underdefined, high-stakes dashboard surfaces and develop a clear point of view starting with Tasks, Home, and Notifications. You will lead a redesign of the Mercury home page, determine what belongs on it, and ensure it earns its real estate as the product evolves. Design the unified logic behind tasks, lifecycle updates, and in-product alerts. Partner closely with Command, agents, and product teams that will increasingly rely on these surfaces to drive intent. Set direction and a prioritized roadmap, balancing user needs against the needs of every product team that depends on Dashboard as connective tissue. Work as a true collaborator with design, shaping the visual and interaction language of core surfaces. Operate independently in ambiguity, contributing to the visioning, sequencing, and execution of a multi-phase overhaul of horizontal Dashboard experiences. Regularly present strategy and tradeoffs to company leadership. Translate qualitative and quantitative data into insights that inform the team's work.
