About the role

Overview: The RealReal is seeking an Inside Sales Account Executive for the East region to drive new business in a fully remote, quota-driven sales environment. You will prospect and close leads within an assigned territory, convert marketing-generated leads, and develop consignor relationships. You will deliver an exceptional first-touch experience, review contracts, set pricing expectations, and maintain a disciplined pipeline to meet performance goals.

Responsibilities

Prospect new opportunities within the assigned territory
Follow up and close leads generated by marketing
Leverage consignor relationships to gain referrals for new consignors
Conduct daily outreach via phone and text (50-100 touches per day)
Provide outstanding customer experience
Review contracts with consignors
Set pricing expectations through deep knowledge of luxury
Executes high-volume outreach with consistency and discipline
Converts leads effectively
Handles objections confidently
Maintains CRM hygiene and pipeline visibility
Entrepreneurial drive and ownership mindset
Proficiency with software such as G-Suite, Email, Salesforce, CRM
Ability to commit to full-time hours (40 hours per week)
Self-motivation and drive to achieve results
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
