The Inside Account Manager will cultivate and grow relationships with federal agencies, including the Department of Defense and civilian agencies, and manage a book of business while supporting the sales team with day-to-day activities and customer requests. This in-office role operates from our Rockville, MD office and follows a Monday–Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. schedule. Compensation includes a base salary plus uncapped commissions, with an hourly range of USD 20.19–25.48. Responsibilities include proactively identifying opportunities within existing accounts, delivering world-class customer service, presenting technology solutions, negotiating with stakeholders, coordinating with product specialists and internal resources to close sales, and ensuring accurate pricing and maximum profitability.
