You will ensure our digital marketing activities are planned, executed, automated, measured, and improved. Through digital campaigns you will generate demand for our masterclasses, events, and products, raise the HR Pioneers brand visibility, and deliver qualified inquiries for our consulting services.
Performance Marketing - Plan, execute, and optimize B2B digital campaigns, with a focus on LinkedIn and Google Ads - Develop lead-generation paths for masterclasses, events, products, and consulting inquiries - Analyze campaign results and derive improvements - Incorporate SEO, SEM, and GEO considerations into campaigns and content
Marketing Operations - Maintain the marketing plan and translate it into concrete actions - Execute mailings, email sequences, and LinkedIn posts - Coordinate campaigns along the customer journey - Ensure quality assurance and timely publication
CRM, HubSpot, and Automation - Implement campaigns in HubSpot; maintain and develop HubSpot as the central CRM and marketing tool - Structure and enrich existing and new CRM data - Build, test, and optimize marketing automations and workflows - Implement system integrations via Zapier, Make, or n8n; ensure clean connections (e.g., Zoom) - Leverage AI and automation tools to support marketing processes
Attitude and Experience Must-have: practical experience in digital performance marketing, preferably in B2B; ability to plan, execute, analyze, and optimally improve campaigns; experience with email marketin
