Monitor and report program status to ensure on-time, within-budget delivery.

Conduct quality checks to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Analyze large Excel datasets and fallout results, coordinating with required groups for immediate resolution.

Communicate with senior management on project status, blockers, and issues.

Manage Walk-On stakeholder relationships and requirements through bi-weekly management meetings.

Identify and escalate potential issues or risks that could affect delivery.

5-8 years of program or project management experience in technology-focused environments.
Strong problem-solving and ability to navigate ambiguity across cross-functional teams.
Ability to analyze large data sets daily and translate findings into actionable items.
Strong senior stakeholder communication skills; ability to report status, blockers, and risks.
Experience managing stakeholder relationships and requirements through recurring management meetings.
Experience with software development methodologies.
High proficiency with Excel (VLOOKUPs, large data sets, and additional analysis fields) and the Microsoft Office suite.
Experience with JIRA, SharePoint, and Tableau reporting.
