- 3–6 years of experience managing technical projects, system enhancements, and data/system integrations
- Experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Monday.com, MS Azure DevOps; Trello/MS Planner acceptable)
- Strong Agile practices with Scrum Master experience
- Experience working with developers, architects, and data engineers
- Familiarity with system integration concepts and enterprise application platforms
- Ability to produce high-quality technical documentation and communicate technical concepts to varied audiences
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and adapt to ambiguity
- Willingness to learn global humanitarian program domains;
