Design, develop, maintain and optimize Java-based applications in a multilingual, cross-functional Agile environment.
Build software solutions using Java, Spring, and Microservices with focus on cloud-native development; participate in implementing complex features.
Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Designers and other Software Engineers to deliver robust solutions; contribute to code quality, performance and security through code reviews.
Drive continuous improvement by staying current with industry trends and introducing best practices; support architectural decisions and design patterns (for senior profiles).
Support the software development life cycle and ensure adherence to DevOps practices where applicable.
Requirements
2+ years of hands-on software development experience; strong Java expertise (Java 8-17), Spring, and Microservices architecture.
Experience with relational and NoSQL databases (SQL/NoSQL); testing with JUnit/Mockito; version control with Git, GitLab, GitHub.
Familiarity with SDLC and Agile (Scrum); strong problem-solving and collaboration skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication; French fluent (English also considered).
Knowledge of architectures and design patterns; willingness to mentor juniors if applicable.
