Responsibilities - Develop and evolve technical strategy, architecture, and engineering principles to support amber's long-term growth. - Lead and coach engineering teams and managers; promote clarity, accountability, and continuous improvement. - Drive cross-functional and company-wide engineering initiatives from strategy to delivery. - Establish scalable engineering standards, processes, and practices across the organization. - Improve software quality, reliability, performance, observability, and operational excellence. - Collaborate with Product and Design to translate customer and business requirements into sustainable technical solutions.
