Drive delivery using standard tools (Clarity, Workbench, JIRA/Confluence); ensure operational readiness and safe go-live

Maintain tight control of scope, timeline, resourcing, and financials; align with regulatory and architectural standards

Continuously improve Core Banking services for resilience, security, cost efficiency, and maintainability

Manage risk and issue escalation; track progress against plans and roadmaps; coordinate across regional and market teams

Foster regional-to-global alignment and standardization of Core Banking capabilities; balance local variances with global standards

Degree required for UAE visa and work permit; attestations if degree obtained outside UAE
Minimum 5+ years in Technology Project/Programme/Delivery Management with medium-to-high complexity change
Working knowledge of Core Banking platforms; understanding of banking processing patterns and integrations
Experience with Agile/DevOps and governance reporting; proficient with delivery tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence)
Proven ability to influence and communicate with senior IT and non-IT stakeholders; strong negotiation and proble
