5+ years of experience as a software engineer; growth-focused or revenue-driven organization experience
Full-stack development experience (web/React and backend) and data analysis / experimentation framework experience
Data-driven problem solving with the ability to identify patterns in user behavior and metrics
Passion for AI and scaling AI products; ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills
