We are seeking a US HR Generalist to own the US people operations function from the Miami headquarters: compliance, benefits, onboarding, and the HR systems that keep us running smoothly. You will also help make the office feel alive by organizing team gatherings and recognizing work anniversaries, while delivering an exceptional employee experience for every person who walks through the door. You will work in close partnership with our Global HR Generalist, operating as one HR function across locations. This role will own US HR Operations & Compliance (HRIS via Rippling, payroll inputs, benefits administration, monthly benefits audits, compliance training, multi-state compliance, leave administration, vendor management); Policy & Compliance Support; US Onboarding & Offboarding; Employee Feedback & Engagement Data; In-Person Culture & HQ Experience; and People Operations & Shared Responsibilities. Requirements: 3+ years in an HR Generalist or People Operations role with hands-on ownership across compliance, benefits, and onboarding; solid working knowledge of US employment law across multiple states; payroll familiarity; experience with Rippling; strong written and spoken English. Location is hybrid – minimum 3 days per week on-site at the Miami office.
