Telecommunications Project Manager - On-site, Wall Township, New Jersey, United States. French & Parrello Associates (FPA) is seeking a full-time Telecommunications Project Manager to lead telecom and infrastructure projects from our Wall Township, New Jersey office.
Manage telecommunications projects including small cell deployments, fiber optic infrastructure, wireless facilities, utility coordination, and related civil/site development; serve as the primary point of contact for clients, subcontractors, utilities, municipalities, and internal project teams; coordinate project schedules, budgets, staffing, and deliverables to ensure on-time and within-budget completion; oversee the preparation and review of engineering plans, permit applications, and construction documents; collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (civil, structural, electrical, survey, environmental, permitting); monitor progress and proactively resolve issues impacting scope, schedule, or budget; attend client meetings, site visits, and coordination meetings as needed; assist with proposal development, scope development, fee estimates, and business development; support construction administration including RFIs, submittals, and coordination with contractors; ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, client standards, and company quality standards; mentor junior staff and support professional growth within the department.
