This on-site role may be based in Austin, Texas, with opportunities to work from other Texas locations such as Houston, San Antonio, or Dallas.

Position Overview: As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be the primary point of contact for customers needing assistance with UAV hardware, software applications, flight operations, data processing workflows, and related technologies. You will provide technical troubleshooting, customer onboarding, and workflow guidance to ensure customers achieve successful outcomes with their technology investments.
