Technical Onboarding Support Executive (Global Integration Analyst) within the Technical Services team will assist in launching top brands onto our Network by delivering high-level Technical Support during the Integration Process. The role requires coordinating with both client marketing and technical teams to ensure the implementation of our bespoke online tracking technology is delivered on time in line with campaign specifications. This is a hybrid position with semi-regular in-office work in Berlin or Munich, Germany. Key tasks include providing detailed technical integration support, acting as a clear liaison to guide technical decisions, quickly isolating errors in client setups and proposing solutions, and escalating issues when needed. You will review colleagues’ work for technical sign-off, maintain an internal and external knowledge base, provide high-level training to internal staff, and test new developments and features. The ideal candidate has knowledge of HTML, SQL, JavaScript and ideally PHP; familiarity with e-commerce platforms; fluent English and German (C1+); strong analytical and communication skills; customer-service orientation; self-motivation; process discipline; ability to work in a fast-paced team; IT-related degree or relevant experience.
