We are seeking a Technical Solutions Delivery Manager in Raleigh, NC to own the end-to-end delivery path from client needs to delivered service for DMV services, translating complex business rules and regulatory requirements into scalable platform solutions. You will partner with Engineering to design solutions, perform platform configuration, test for reusability, and help establish a repeatable delivery model. Responsibilities include managing end-to-end implementation timelines, tracking risks and go-live readiness, and providing clear, decision-ready updates to internal leadership and state agency stakeholders. You will lead client technical and deployment calls, translate platform behavior into business terms, manage scope and trade-offs, and coordinate with Finance, Support, and Client Operations to ensure clean handoffs. You will build tools, playbooks, and reporting cadences to turn DMV delivery into a repeatable operating model. What you’ll need: 4–6 years in technical implementation, solutions delivery, or technical program management for a B2B SaaS platform; ability to read API specs, discuss integrations, and engage in engineering conversations; strong structured project management experience with Jira or similar tools; excellent client-facing communication.
