Responsibilities

Achieve or exceed sales goals by focusing on existing accounts and developing new opportunities to grow Tremco CPG products in the assigned territory.
Manage assigned accounts to identify business development opportunities through account penetration, analysis, and partnerships with key decision-makers, and strategic initiatives.
Drive product specifications and project opportunities across the territory.
Build trusted partnerships with customers by leveraging industry knowledge and relationships to identify problems and deliver solutions.
Develop and deliver annual strategic business and territory plans with monthly forecasts.
Follow the standard sales process to identify prospects, gain customer commitment, forecast sales probability, and close deals.
Maintain clear, ethical communication with customers and address issues tactfully.
Create and deliver technical collateral, product prospectuses, presentations, and business correspondence to support the sales process.
Collaborate with senior staff to coordinate product knowledge training sessions with internal and external customers.
