Patronus AI is a frontier lab developing simulation research and infrastructure to accelerate progress toward human-aligned AGI. We design simulations of real applications and workflows, and we support customers from signed work orders through SME sourcing, environment build, task generation, QA, and delivery. This role requires staying hands-on and detail-oriented: defining ownership, tracking milestones, and ensuring work is ready to ship. You will own end-to-end delivery programs across engineering, QA, and SME teams, manage scope changes, and coordinate handoffs between GTM, SME sourcing, environment engineering, and QA. You will establish 'ready to ship' criteria, ensure QA tickets are green before release, and actively deliver work that passes the customer harness. You will work directly with customers alongside account leads, turning their asks into concrete plans with defined owners and dates, and you will respond quickly to maintain progress and confidence. You will encourage time-bound work, push for explicit estimates, and build small tools to scale the function. You will also identify opportunities for automation and process improvements across the delivery pipeline. This position requires a BS/MS or equivalent in CS/Engineering or related field, 3+ years as a technical program manager or related role on complex, multi-team programs, and strong technical fluency with AI tools, code review, and data or model analysis.
