Responsibilities
Qualifications:
- Lead and develop our Presales team technically and managerially, fostering technical excellence and customer orientation.
- Further develop our Presales processes, implement best practices, and ensure we wow our customers with technical expertise.
- You and your team work closely with Sales to develop customer-specific solutions, prepare demos, and conduct technical presentations.
- Monitor key Presales KPIs and ensure measurable results from your team.
- Several years of experience in Presales, Solution Engineering or technical sales, ideally in a B2B environment
- First leadership experience desirable
- Strong communication and presentation skills in German and English
- Technical understanding combined with high customer orientation and solution competence
- Experience with complex sales cycles, ideally in combination with CRM and sales tools
- Analytical mindset, organizational talent and team spirit
- Home office option
- Up to 4 weeks of workation per year – mobile wo
